The Sr Manager Patient Care Services is responsible for planning, directing, coordinating and serving as an administrative liaison for the activities of a cluster of departments. Responsible for the day-to-day operations of Patient Care Services and coordinating administrative and clinical functions including contracts, budget maintenance and control, department purchases, expenditures, policy and procedure development and implementation. Ensures compliance with external credentialing body requirements including Magnet to ensure successful regulatory surveys. Provides direct oversight for Nursing administration and system administrative oversight for volunteer services, guest relations and administrative oversight of the Patient Experience Department. Collaborates with leadership from other TUH Campuses to create a consistent experience for respective departments across the system. Assists in the negotiation and implementation of major contracts such as patient experience surveys, patient entertainment and patient facing equipment.

Bachelors Degree (Required)
Masters Degree (Preferred)

Experience
2 Years experience in coordination of patient care services (Required)
2 Years experience in a healthcare organization with experience in multi-departmental setting (Preferred)
