The role can be based in Dallas, Seattle, or Nashville and will require some international travel, in particular to Milan, London.

WW Ops Finance manages all of the Inbound, Outbound, and Transportation Finance. Our partner team closely partners to support rapidly changing and expanding Operations business. Standardization & automation (S&A) is the tech team within Ops Finance organization that focus on building tools that will support WW operations businesses.

Role:

As Sr. Manager, Product Manager-Technical in S&A you will be the lead strategist in defining the detailed product requirements, roadmap and product backlog for the minimum lovable product (MLP) and the north star vision for single or multiple module capabilities. Our project is an early stage project with a bold vision, highly visible charter and strategic significance. This comes with a lot of opportunities to develop/launch a new suite of technical product capabilities and also grow as a product leader, as well as ambiguity in ownership and direction in early days.

• Be the ultimate owner of the product vision, strategy and execution for your product area.

• Designing and implementing new processes to delight Finance customers at scale.

• Implement and manage a Product/Program Management framework that ensures completeness of requirements and communication with stakeholders.

A day in the life

The ideal candidate is passionate about products, has strong product development and process design skills, as well as exceptional project management abilities. The candidate will have demonstrated experience in building and managing teams. They should also be comfortable dealing with unbounded ambiguity and operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 6+ years of team management experience

- Bachelor's degree

- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience delivering consumer software products and services in a high growth environment
