Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Manager of Strategic Business Initiatives. This role will work primarily with senior leaders of Business Development, Partner Management, and Product Management to drive execution of cross-cutting strategic initiatives, facilitating collaboration across those and other functions (e.g., Product Engineering, IT, Finance, Business Operations). Examples include supporting AI solution deployment strategy and value realization, partnership deal analyses, resource planning, and cost savings opportunity sizing and execution coordination.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Help facilitate cross-functional execution of strategic initiatives that are ELT priorities for ADT's growth.
• Contribute insights and strategic considerations to support leadership business decisions.
• Support strategic partnership efforts by completing analyses, compiling external benchmarks, gathering internal requirements, driving project execution, or other responsibilities as needed.
• Identify and drive improvements to operational processes that are high priority for partnership value realization, market scale-up, margin optimization, or product roadmap realization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree. Advanced degree in finance, economics, business, or another relevant field (e.g., MBA) is preferred.
• 5+ years of business experience, ideally with 2 years of experience in top-tier management consulting or in-house strategy functions.
• Track record of meaningful contributions to strategic initiative development and implementation, especially as related to digital/technology transformation, cost rationalization, process optimization, product expansions, and/or user growth acceleration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Able to craft clear frameworks to assess opportunities and challenges. Can harness multi-source and disparate data for analyses.
