The Sr. Manager, Systems Ops IM Group Finance will be responsible for collaborating with business partners across a global team of cross-functional experts to generate actionable insights on Innovative Medicine business. This includes supporting Group Finance in deploying processes and capabilities on the SIGNIFI platform to generate internal management views for Plans and Monthly/Quarterly close.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business partners across a global team of cross functional experts, in the end-to-end generation of actionable insights on Innovative Medicine business.
  • Support Group Finance in deploying processes & capabilities on SIGNIFI platform; including testing enhancements and new capabilities that generate internal management views for Plans and Monthly/Quarterly close.
  • Partner with stakeholders to create and maintain Common Information Model (CIM) elements owned by Group Finance.
  • Share data with business partners as directed by Group Finance leaders.
  • Support transition and retirement of legacy tools owned by Group Finance.
  • Proactively work with business partners to implement process enhancements & risk mitigations to resolve user access, data and reporting issues.
  • Support projects as directed by Group Finance.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree is required in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science or Data Science.
  • Experience of 5+ years is required on financial systems operations and supporting of digital processes, including managing direct reports.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical industry preferred.
  • Sound understanding of ERP/Data Hub and Planning systems including Service management and testing tools (e.g. SAP S/4HANA, SAP Central Finance, SAP Visual Analytics, Anaplan & JIRA) is required.
  • Experience designing, developing, implementing, and managing FP&A technology solutions is preferred.
  • Foundational project management skills are required.
  • Change management skills and ability to work in matrixed environment with complex multi-team delivery models is required.
  • The ability to partner with, influence and effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, including senior management is required.
  • Continuous learning mindset and passion for finance technology, data analysis, complex data mapping and data reconciliation.
  • Ability to work in ambiguous situations, proactively identifying and mitigating process risks within a cross-functional, global teams is required.
  • Excellent oral and written communication is required.


Other:

  • This position is in New Brunswick, New Jersey & may require up to 10% domestic and international travel. This role follows "JNJ Flex" (3 days working in the office, 2 days working from home).


The base pay range for this position is $113,000 - $195,500

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
