The Senior Manager, Global Tax Provision role will be responsible for managing and reviewing the Company's quarterly and annual income tax provision on global basis. The role will manage tax provision under ASC 740, tax related SEC disclosures, collaborating with business partners, and reporting to management global tax rate implications.
The ideal candidate will need to be an innovative driver of tax process and systems enhancements with the technical and leadership capabilities to manage a large portfolio of tax operation projects independently. The ideal candidate will also need to have experience coaching and mentoring high-performing tax operation teams. They will need to be an experienced professional who has deep international tax knowledge, extensive exposure to managing a complex tax compliance initiative, and is skilled in creating and driving system and process enhancements.


Responsibilities
  • Oversea the preparation and detail review of quarterly and annual worldwide consolidated tax provision under ASC 740
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather accounting and tax technical information and monitor tax provision updates related for U.S. and international tax law changes
  • Analyze business operation's tax provision implications and quarterly tax rate movements and articulate with management
  • Enhance automation at quarter close for timely and accurate tax provision computations with substantial volume of data analysis
  • Manage multiple work-streams and collaborate with global tax colleagues, internal business partners, and external advisors
  • Analyzing tax implications of Inflation Reduction Act ("IRA") and other U.S. legislations
  • Work closely with both US and non-US tax colleagues in maintaining deferred tax assets (liabilities) computation on global basis


Requirements
  • 15+ years of overall tax experience in a complex corporate in-house environment and/or public accounting firm
  • Familiarity of tax issues for a multinational company operating globally
  • Extensive working knowledge of U.S. GAAP accounting principles and ASC 740
  • Strong U.S. Federal income tax compliance experience, including the non-U.S. reporting on the U.S. Federal income tax return
  • Proficiency in ONESOURCE Tax Provision is preferred
  • Proficiency in automation tools, Microsoft Excel and Word, and research programs (i.e. RIA, BNA)
  • Must be able to identify and implement systems and process improvements

      $68,000 - $252,000/annual salary, depending on level + cash and stock awards + benefits

      Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
