An employer in the North Houston area is seeking a Sr. Network Engineer to join their Global Network Operations Team. This team is responsible for rebuilding the company's current infrastructure. The Sr. Network Engineer with be responsible for implementing, configuration and administration of routers, switches, security appliances, SDWAN and communication equipment. They will also design, implement and maintain data, voice solutions for all of the company's infrastructure leading to a safe and secure infrastructure. This person needs to be comfortable proposing design improvements and making recommendations and implementations to achieve best practices.

Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years' experience in related IT infrastructure
- Experience with Fortinet product portfolio beyond just the FortiGate firewall including Secure SDWAN, Forti-Manager, FortiClient, Forti-NAC, etc.
- Understanding of VDOM architecture in Fortinet firewalls
- Experience with design and implement network technologies to include Fortinet Cisco, Palo Alto, and Azure/AWS Cloud environment
- Assist with the inventory management of software licenses, software, hardware, and other IT supplies.
- Experience with supporting wide area network concepts such as site-to-site / policy based / route based IPsec VPNs.
