Sr. Organizational Development & Training Consultant

Job Summary:

Facilitates Organizational Development programs for the TGH system, focusing on the annual engagement survey and performance management in alignment with needs identified through assessment, survey data, key organizational metrics, and strategic priorities. Specific areas of responsibility include managing the relationship with the engagement survey vendor, identifying insights and trends based on data, making recommendations to increase participation in all surveys, and creating training for team members, leaders, and physicians. Responsible for performing job duties in accordance with mission, vision and values with Tampa General Hospital.

Essential Functions:

• Serves as strategic partner in designing, evaluating, and facilitating development opportunities for leaders and teams
• Manages third-party consultant relationships for Organizational Development work that occurs throughout the system.
• Creates and maintains robust measurement strategy to evaluate effectiveness of OD engagements
• Uses data to drive improvements for assigned projects
• Designs, develops, and delivers training and resources that align with key metrics following adult-learning principles
• Collaborates with People & Talent Business Partners, leaders, and other stakeholders to maximize the effectiveness of Organizational Development solutions across the system
• Administers assessments and facilitates debriefs with leaders and teams
• Designs and facilitates listening strategies, such as focus groups, surveys, or other strategic interventions, in support of leader and team development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Development or other related field.
• Associate Professional Talent Development (APTD) obtained within 12 months of hire.
• Minimum 5 years' experience designing and facilitating both small and large group sessions in an Organizational Development role; experience working with all levels throughout the organization, including individual contributors and senior executives
