Climate Pledge Friendly collaborates with trusted third-party certifications and we've created our own certifications to highlight products that meet sustainability standards and support our commitment to help preserve the natural world. We're looking for a Sr PMT to solve key pain points in CPF CX that require creativity and a deep understanding of the problem. In this role, you will drive the technical design and roadmap for a significant portion of sustainability CX in Amazon Stores like expanding CPF worldwide, innovating on CPF discovery features like leveraging next-generation technology to help customers make the sustainable choice. You will coordinate complex product initiatives across internal teams and stakeholders to prioritize roadmap features, and spearhead the definition of new capabilities through product and business requirements documents. You have a high level of comfort with ambiguity, a deeply analytical mindset with the ability to investigate complex challenges, and can effectively influence across organizations through well-written communication. You will work backwards from the customer needs, dive deep into data to understand the issues, and drive product development to deliver on those needs by working with cross-functional teams.

Key job responsibilities

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree

- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

- Experience managing technical products or online services

- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

- Experience working within teams delivering software products and features using agile methodologies

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
