YOUR ROLE
- Perform data analysis, draw conclusions, and make experimental recommendations
- Fully manage and lead product analysis and testing while documenting progress and results in the LIM systems
- Support manufacturing to ensure quality product delivery
- Effectively communicate with stakeholders and leverage their feedback to optimize processes towards customer requirements
- Ensure adherence to all applicable environmental, health and safety regulations, standards and policies
- Collaborate closely with product management, production and sourcing teams to develop new products and nurture current product lines through product
- Maintain laboratory and storage areas, as well as equipment
- Minimum a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or similar.
- 5-8 years of experiences with laboratory bench-top, pilot and production equipment.
- Full scale chemical manufacturing is a plus.
- Experience with analytical techniques such as HPLC, GPC, NMR, FTIR, KF are preferred.
- Knowledge in Design of Experiments (DOE) and statistical analysis is a plus.
- Travel to 3rd party manufacturing will be on a production run basis, up to 10%.
