This role is a unique opportunity to build foundational capabilities for a new product. You will go from zero to one, innovating to create a product that grows and scales for our full truckload transportation customers. You will solve foundational problems such as customer trust, supplier cost & capacity, supply & demand matching, and scalable system design. You will need to identify and accelerate key drivers to our fly wheel.

Key job responsibilities

Equal part think big and dive deep, you will need to learn how we operate on the ground and then build a vision to scale across thousands of loads.

This role will own the business requirements, product roadmaps, prioritization with technology teams, and ultimately go-to-market.

About the team

Amazon Freight Product is a fast moving team that is building the technology vision and infrastructure necessary to scale a new business. We are looking for product leaders to pioneer solutions for tough problems.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent

- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

- Experience with end to end product delivery

- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

- Experience as a product manager or owner

- Experience owning technology products

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights

- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
