Sr. Product Manager-Tech, Selling Partner Financial Experience

We are looking for a Sr. Product Manager - Tech who is passionate in owning the strategy for building financial solutions across Web, API and Mobile for Selling Partners and Builders. You will work with business, tech and operations teams across the company to learn the end-to-end financial flow to drive improvement and build products to achieve our vision towards 100% financial accuracy and transparency. The right person for this role will have proven ability to execute strategically and tactically to turn ambiguous users and business needs to successful products. They are known to communicate effectively with senior leaders and have the ability to earn trust and influence partner teams.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree

- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

- Experience managing technical products or online services

- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight

- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
