Job Purpose

TheSr.Program Administratorwillprovidecustomersupport for a portfolio of accounts with varying degrees of complexity.

Nature of Duties/Responsibilities

TheSr.Program Administratorwillsupport sales,customerand plants to include, but not limited to:
  • Accurate and timely data entryinCustomerServicesoftware programs - SCC quoting system, smart vault,SFTP3 (secure site), RMA System, ORACLE, etc.
  • Writingupnew orders, Change Orders, Credit & Rebills.
  • AssistingAccounts Receivable,RMA processingand reviewcustomerScore Cards.
  • Facilitatecustomerand plant discussions with regard to problem solving.
  • Post shipmentfollowupi.e. shipment information and payment resolution, statusreports.

Education and Experience
  • 5+ yearsCustomerService experiencepreferred.
  • Computer Skills - Oracle a plus, Excel intermediate skills necessary, 10 key by touch/fax/printers.
  • Microsoft OfficeSkills(emphasis with Excel).
  • Ability to continually change priorities during daily activities.
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent communication skills.

Salary Range (annual) : $58,000.00 - $75,000.00

This is an ITAR facility and applicant must be a US Citizen or a lawful permanent resident.
