The Selling Partner (SP) Support Executive Selling Partner Relations team resolves complex Selling Partner (SP) issues that have Amazon Executive visibility and/or high Legal/Public Relations (PR) risk. The Executive Selling Partner Relations leadership team is looking for a Sr. Program Manager to lead strategic programs that drive large scale transformation initiatives. This person will build and execute ESPR management insights to funnel Policy, Process and People improvement opportunities by region/WW stores.

The Sr. PM will be responsible for delivering Vol/Rate/Time to Resolve improvements across ESPR teams. This leader will create high-priority and high visibility process improvement projects and execute them in partnership with key stakeholders across SP Support. Responsibilities will also include managing escalations programs at the same time to ensure that all escalations and projects are finalized within a timely manner.

The role will be closely aligned with Executive Seller Partners Relations leadership as well as enterprise escalation and program teams, to provide oversight and remediation to high level escalations and ensuring global Seller issues are addressed in the short term and long term.

As an executive escations management team, this work is by nature dynamic, high visibility, and responsive. The ability to manage ambiguity, thrive in a responsive and changing environment, strong Ownership, and strategic thinking are requirements for this position. Functional knowledge of the SP experience is a plus. Strong written and verbal skills are an absolute requirement.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience

- 5+ years of cross functional project delivery experience

- 5+ years of program or project management experience

- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $114,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $189,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
