About the Role

Uber is looking for an experienced Sr. Program Manager to help administer our Integrity Helpline and drive internal investigation program enhancements. We are looking for a highly collaborative candidate with strong project management skills and a demonstrated track record of effective stakeholder engagement and management. Projects include administration of the helpline case management system, data reporting, training investigators, and collaboration with the broader E&C team.

What You'll Do

- Administration of the helpline and case management system, including oversight of access controls, configuration changes, updating user roles, and assisting with triage of new matters.
- Data reporting, including preparation of reports for a variety of stakeholders.
- Preparation of training for investigation teams, including scheduling, assigning and tracking completion of training.
- Project management over various program improvements, including but not limited to implementation of artificial intelligence tool used for quality checks.
- Collaboration with the broader E&C team on systems and data projects.

Basic Qualifications

- 5+ years of work experience in legal operations, legal technology, and/or legal matter management tools

Preferred Qualifications

- Strong program and project management skills with a focus on KPI setting and tracking and experience extracting insights from data, visualizing and summarizing findings and takeaways.
- Ability to express complex issues using clear language and ability to prioritize while managing multiple priorities
- Experience working with senior leaders and executives on high-impact projects and deliverables
- Comfortable influencing discussions at the highest levels and a proven ability to find common ground and align cross-functional partners and teams with conflicting agendas
- The ability to juggle multiple projects at a time in an exciting, fast-paced environment, both collaborating as a team to stay in sync and working independently to get the job done.
- Strong interpersonal skills and highly collaborative with both business leaders and cross-functional partners, with a strong ability to build relationships, gain credibility, and partner with others.
- Self-motivation with a strong affinity for vision setting, strategic problem solving, and driving action.

For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$112,000 per year - USD$123,500 per year.

For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$124,000 per year - USD$137,000 per year.

For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$124,000 per year - USD$137,000 per year.

For Washington, DC-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$124,000 per year - USD$137,000 per year.
