Do you want to help define the strategic roadmap of a new business for Amazon? Do you have experience developing engagement strategies, influencing public relations & policy, and establishing marketing strategies? re:Cycle Reverse Logistics (RRL) is looking for a Senior Program Manager (PM) to achieve greater sustainability benefits, deliver incremental cost avoidance, and expand the reach of our organization. Driving circular economy initiatives is a top priority of Amazon and our commitment to reach net-zero carbon by 2040.

This individual will operate in a global capacity working cross-functionally across operations, commercial, and strategy to manage RRL's internal and external community engagement. This entails detailed market analysis/strategy, managing marketing and advertising, and public messaging about this new to Amazon business launch. We are looking for a high judgement individual with strong influencing and writing experience to establish RRL in the IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) service industry.

Key job responsibilities

• \tDevelop external communication strategies

• \tCreate internal employee engagement program(s)

• \tProgram manage across a multi-disciplined group of stakeholders

• \tSelf-Initiate project ideas and track to successful implementation

• \tDevelop and track best practices for global consistency

• \tLead executive reviews on ITAD services internally and externally

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of program or project management experience

- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

- 8+ years of supply chain experience

- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

- Proven ability to manage large and complicated projects with experience leading cross-functional projects and teams
