This Senior Program Manager will work with a variety of leaders across all network types within NACF, and with partner teams to develop a plan to drive associate experience and re-think the way Amazon looks at labor strategy to be Earths Best Employer. To be a part of this journey, we are looking for individuals with strong analytical / dive deep skills along with program management and operational experience to understand the impact of high level decisions that drive customer experience.

• Own the business cadence and governance (weekly/monthly/quarterly business reviews) for area of responsibility

• Deliver action plans for Directors, and VPs

• Own annual planning and other adhoc planning cycles

• Execute and drive program/project delivery, execution, and adoption across multiple organizations and teams

• Measure and report effectiveness of new programs

• Collaborate with project stakeholders in multiple business and technical teams to define and deliver on agreed upon milestones. Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs

• Execute on communications strategy to stakeholders including ownership of business cadence (all hands, team meetings etc.)

• Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities

• Communicate project issues and status in a concise, accurate, and professional manner

• Build and maintain integrated reporting for areas of responsibility

• Remain flexible to changing priorities, open to new ideas and have PLEX's success firmly in your focus

• Own goals/performance reporting

• Ability to travel 20-25%

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of program or project management experience

- 5+ years of supply chain experience

- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience

- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $103,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $181,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
