The Selling Partner Recruitment and Success (SPRS) organization identifies and recruits the brands and products our customers want and helps drive

their success by ensuring a strong start on Amazon. As a Senior Sales Performance Manager,

you will be responsible for monitoring and optimizing the Sales team's performance. This includes tracking and analyzing sales metrics,

such as conversion rates, win rates, and sales cycle length, to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

The ability to comprehend both quantitative and qualitative data points, connect the dots, and create executive-level content is critical to be successful in this role.

Basic Qualifications

A minimum of 10 years of experience, with at least 6+ years of experience in Sales Performance Management, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Strategy, or similar fields are required. Demonstrated proficiency in designing and deploying systems and tools for CRM, revenue reporting, sales forecasting, sales force automation, as well as expertise in Salesforce Analytics & Business Intelligence Tools, is essential.

Cross-functional Program Management experience leading medium to large scale initiatives.

A highly collaborative style with strong influencing

skills, essential for working across various teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with sales data management solutions and data integration with Salesforce.

Data analysis experience, including familiarity with tools such as SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or QuickSight.

Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification.

Key job responsibilities

Assist in the creation and customization of dashboards for customer interaction.

Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and design dashboards tailored for the leadership team.

Design forecasting models specifically for sales opportunities.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 10+ years of sales operations or equivalent experience

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent

- Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.

- Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience using Salesforce (or other CRM tool) or BI tools

- Experience presenting to senior leadership

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $120,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $199,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
