Our client, is seeking a Sr. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail and extensive Salesforce experience which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Sr. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engineer

Location: New York , NY

What's the Job?
  • Engage with customers to manage multi-channel Marketing Automation projects, leveraging and tailoring Marketing Cloud functionality, and developing end-to-end solution plans.
  • Conduct discovery workshops, technical requirements, and architecture review sessions to identify and document solutions, providing guidance on best practices and optimization of marketing operations.
  • Design and integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud products with the broader sales, service, and marketing ecosystem, delivering and executing technical design solutions.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop junior resources, and influence and coach customers throughout their Salesforce journey.
  • Proactively identify and analyze issues, recommend actions, and perform hands-on coding up to 30% of the time if needed.


What's Needed?
  • 5+ years of implementation experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Content Builder, Contact Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, and Journey Builder (plus Interaction Studio/Customer 360 Audiences as a bonus).
  • Expertise in the full Salesforce Marketing Cloud product set, including Advertising Studio, Interaction Studio, Customer 360 Audiences, Content Builder, Journey Builder, Contact Builder, Audience Segmentation, Email Studio, and Marketing Cloud Intelligence.
  • Proficiency in designing system architectures and data models, with strong skills in JavaScript, SSJS, AMPscript, HTML, CSS, SQL, and experience with SOAP/REST-based Marketing Cloud APIs and SDKs.
  • Demonstrated technical leadership in designing, building, and executing complex automated marketing programs, with excellent interpersonal skills for communicating technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to take initiative, lead, motivate, and oversee teams in a high-energy business environment.
