Job Overview: This candidate will bring expertise in formulation and analytical method development to enhance our clients nanoparticle-based drug delivery platform.
Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Design and execute advanced nanoparticle formulations for preclinical research
• Characterize drug substances and nanoparticles using state-of-the-art analytical methods
• Innovate conjugation chemistry and manage cross-functional and external CRO collaborations

Primary Job Requirements:

• M.S. or Ph.D. with 2-5+ years in Pharmaceutical sciences or related fields, with a focus on polymeric nanoparticle formulation development
• Experience in sterile dosage form and process development (e.g., micro-fluidization, TFF)
• Proficient in HPLC method development with strong communication and organizational skills
• Capable of managing complex projects and working effectively across multiple teams in a fast-paced setting
