Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree and/or experience in a related field.
Qualifications: 5-8 years' experience on Avaya Aura Enterprise communications solution components
SME on use, implementation, and ongoing management of Avaya product Certificates
Excellent communication skills
Proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite and Collaboration tools
Must be able to obtain Public Trust Level 1 clearance
Preferred:
Prior experience working with government agencies

- Avaya Product Certificate use and implementation
- AADS/CM/SM/SMGR/AEP/BRE/Jxxx/WorkPlace
- Build and create Certificate repository and manage
- Implement Certificates and rotation
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree and/or experience in a related field.
