As the Senior Security Program Analyst, you will be part of a team responsible for a client data center security system maintenance program. The ideal candidate will be monitoring the service request queue, identifying aging requests, and coordinating with local facility management staff to meet service-level agreements.

About the role
As the Senior Security Program Analyst, you will be part of a team responsible for a client data center security system maintenance program. The ideal candidate will be monitoring the service request queue, identifying aging requests, and coordinating with local facility management staff to meet service-level agreements.
What You'll Do
- Monitor service request ticket queue, identify aging requests, and coordinate with local facility management staff to meet service-level agreements.
- Communicate and manage security vendors (integrators) and contractors to drive compliance with contractual requirements.
- Perform internal audits of security equipment spare inventory.
- Collaborate with local teams to ensure compliance with minimum inventory requirements.
- Working with physical security and IT systems and other tasks that may develop as the security program evolves.
- Evaluate new security technologies and determine whether they become part of the solution set. This includes working with the delivery team to verify applicability, usefulness, and performance.
What You'll Need
- High School Diploma and five years of related work experience in security or IT systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to every level of the organization.
- Proven organizational, time management, and decision-making skills are required.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, PowerBi, and SharePoint required. Data management is a plus.
- Project or Program Management experience is preferred.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
