Position will be responsible for design, development, and maintenance, end-user support, reporting and training for OnBase and imaging solutions that enable our teams. It is expected this position with work with the business, other IT resources and Hyland to create effective solutions. Also responsible for monitoring the daily operations of the corporate records including archiving, scanning, and quality control of all documents.

Competent to work at the highest technical level of all phases of application systems analysis, workflow analysis, build, design, testing, interface knowledge and programming activities. Under general direction, formulates/defines system scope and objectives. Able to work individually, on a team or project teams and can multi-task. May be responsible for completion of a phase of a project or responsible for leading and completing a project.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Configures, develops, administers and supports all components of the OnBase solution and system
  • Creates and maintains existing scripts and API integrations, imaging, capture, document/content management, and Workflows
  • Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve OnBase software and infrastructure issues
  • Plan for and test software updates, defects, and configuration changes
  • Develop OnBase solutions dealing in areas of document capture, document storage, WorkFlow, WorkView and other OnBase areas
  • Write and maintain documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, testing, changes, and corrections
  • Provide technical assistance by responding to inquiries regarding errors, problems, or questions with programs
  • Work closely with the organization's enterprise architecture, infrastructure and application teams to ensure that all OnBase solutions are designed and built according to industry and vendor best practices, and will support all system requirements
  • Interface with business stakeholders and technical teams and provide technical leadership in requirement work sessions
  • Assists in maintaining the electronic record system including, system security and addition of new users
  • Experience in Agile / Large Scale Scrum system development methodology
  • Mentors other software engineers
  • Provide technical assistance in an on-call rotation, 24/7/365

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of OnBase Content/Document Management experience
  • Proven excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Equivalent combination of education, experience and/or applicable military experience will be considered
  • United States citizenship
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a suitability or determination of eligibility for a Confidential/Secret or Top Secret security clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Computer Engineering or related field
  • OnBase certifications
  • Experience deploying, documenting, and administering an OnBase implementation; API certification
  • Experience with Imaging, document management, content management and OCR technology
  • C#, VB.Net, HTML, CSS, Basic knowledge of SQL Database, and JavaScript development experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of OnBase module capabilities and how to properly extend OnBase's functionality

Conditions:

This position will support Optum Serve's performance of a United States (U.S.) Government contract and will require the successful applicant to access and/or process Non Critical Sensitive information (Personally Identifiable Information [PII]/Protected Health Information [PHI]) from or contained in a U.S. Government IT system.

To fulfill the data and IT system access requirements for this position, the successful applicant will be required to successfully complete a Trustworthy Determination, which will require the successful applicant to: 1) be a U.S. citizen 2) pass a National Agency Check with law enforcement in order to obtain the access privileges required by the position and 3) pass a Credit Check in order to obtain the access privileges required by the position.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
