Position: Solutions Architect
Role Overview: The Solutions Architect (SA) is tasked with delivering intricate and tailored solutions to both clients and product teams. This role involves collaborating with boundary partners to develop a successful product roadmap and providing cutting-edge enterprise technology solutions that cater to the unique needs of major brands. SAs act as trusted technical advisors to clients and internal stakeholders, effectively removing obstacles and barriers to business success. They possess both business and technical acumen, along with exceptional presentation and communication skills. SAs collaborate with teams both in person and digitally within an office environment and travel as needed.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for designated technology domains.
  • Client Interaction: Engage in client meetings at various stages, including discovery, proposal, addressing objections, and closing deals.
  • Technical Strategy: Formulate technical responses and strategies for RFIs and RFPs.
  • Product Roadmap: Ensure alignment of the product roadmap with client needs and industry trends.
  • Solution Presentation: Present well-documented solutions to address objections from high-level decision-makers.
  • Service Development: Collaborate with internal teams to create unique service offerings.
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience: A minimum of ten years of technical experience in cable or telecommunications solutions, designing large-scale IP networks, network engineering, network administration, or network sales engineering.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in developing technical solutions across multiple offerings; adept in Microsoft Office.
  • Skills: Strong presentation, planning, prioritization, organizational, and English communication skills.
  • Abilities: Naturally inquisitive.
