Job Description:

The Systems Engineer will act as a network and integration engineer for the Army INSCOM G-7 networking and integration program. Their role will require experience with configuring Cisco Routers & Switches, experience with VMware virtualization products, development and deployment of RHEL and Windows OS Virtual Machines, relevant kubernetes/containerization experience, and relevant cybersecurity experience. The System Engineer will be required to work well in a team and be capable of meeting quarterly release deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.

Preferred Additional Skills:

• US DoD Security Clearance: TS//SCI preferred
• Experience with VMware virtualization products (vCenter, ESXi, NSX, AppVol, ViewConnector, etc...)
• Experience developing and deploying Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and Windows Virtual Machines
• Experience with configuring Cisco Router and Switch products including CCNA certification
• Experience with Kubernetes/containerization (VMware Tanzu preferred)
• Experience scripting in a variety of different languages including PowerShell, Python, BASH, and others.
• Relevant cybersecurity experience, Security+ certification preferred
• Presentation and communication skills (verbal/written/visual)
• Problem solving skills and the ability to meet critical quarterly deadlines
