Chipton-Ross is seeking a Sr. Specialist, Internal Communications for a contract opportunity in Santa Monica, CA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the development and execution of comprehensive internal communication strategies.
Develop and design engaging content for various internal communication channels, including monthly branded newsletters, branded email communications, SharePoint web pages, and PPT Presentations.
Draft pre-liminary communication plans and packages to support cross-functional strategic communication initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights for communication initiatives, ensuring accuracy and relevance of content.
Support the Director, Internal Communications in the development and execution of all Quarterly All Hands Business Updates to Employees. Manage the editorial calendar for internal communications, ensuring timely delivery of all communications. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of internal communication efforts, by collecting success metrics and feedback to continuously improve strategies and tactics.
Support the Director, Internal Communications on various IC projects employee engagement activations inclusive of event coordination, support, consulting, communication support, and overall planning.

EDUCATION:
Accredited High School Diploma or GED.
