Job Requirements:

The RC-135 Business Area is seeking an Sr Spec with proven ability to drive process improvements, establish clear financial cadence, lead a team, and create strong partnerships with program managers and key functional stakeholders. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership skills and ability to interact with all levels of the organization.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Create strong partnerships with Program Managers and other key stakeholders.
• Manage a team of direct reports.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to finance professionals.
• Assess and quantify business risks and opportunities associated with orders, sales, profit, and case.
• Support development of Strategic and Annual Operating Plan
• Ensure Business financial goals are met.
• Interface with all levels of the organization
• Address staffing needs.
• Support customer deliverables.
• Performing analyses and prepares reports in order to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government cost control guidelines.
• Ensure alignment of Program Excellence strategy, processes, and tools across the sector
• Interface cross functionally with Program Managers, Schedulers, Program Finance, and other key stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in related field with six (6) years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance which requires U.S. citizenship.
• Must have prior Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience.
• Must have previous Program Controls experience.
