Job Summary:
This is a high impact position that assumes a leading role in Division (weekly/monthly/quarterly) forecasting cycles, weekly financial reporting and analysis, and the annual and long range planning cycles (Joint Strategic Plan and Annual Operating Plan) for a Division within the $3B ISR Sector. With minimal supervision, the individual in this role performs assignments by applying experience and knowledge of standard Financial Planning & Analysis concepts. The role requires working closely with various functions including program finance, operations, supply chain, and program leadership.

Essential Functions:
- Responsible for analysis of Division Program Orders, Sales, Op. Income, and Collections to ensure reporting accuracy
- Leads the Division Monthly Forecast Review (MFR) Process
- Supports quarter-end close activities
- Prepares weekly and monthly financial reports for Leadership
- Provides ad hoc analysis and support as needed, such as margin optimization, material variance analyses, labor trend analyses
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
- Proficient in Excel
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Experience with FCSTGov
- Experience with COBRA
- Experience in DOD financial analysis
- Experience with SAP, SMART View, Hyperion/Oracle EPM preferred.
