Job description:

In your new role you will:
  • Manage manufacturing and/or production operations including assembly, machinery, processing and/or packaging.
  • Set production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, materials supply, staffing resources, and volume required to meet demand and to ensure maximum production quantity and quality.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems (e.g., mechanical, electrical).
  • Evaluate and recommends equipment improvements to improve availability, capability and yield.
  • Perform equipment analyses (including preventative and unscheduled maintenance).
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment problems.
  • Prepare technical reports to document equipment modifications and equipment maintenance procedures.
  • Work within defined technical processes and procedures or methodologies and may help determine the appropriate approach for new assignments
  • Work with a limited degree of supervision, with oversight focused onlyon complex new assignments
  • Perform highly complex and varied tasks and atypical assignments
  • Guid and support junior team members;may assis tin their formal orientation and training


Your Profile:

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
  • Advanced knowledge in the Etch area and:
  • A relevant completed vocational / professional training of at least 3years,
  • Additional subject-specific experience (5+ years), or extended additional subject-specific qualification
  • Working experience in a manufacturing environment
