Piper Companies is currently searching for a Sr System/Network Administrator to work onsite in Aberdeen, MD for a leader in providing premier support to defense and civilian government agencies across the United States . The Sr System/Network Administrator will provide technical and professional support to the High-Performance Computing Modernization Program (HPCMP) Office (HPCMPO) in various phases of its mission, including program management, technical support, and logistical services.

Responsibilities for the Sr System/Network Administrator include :
• Set up, configure, and maintain local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and Internet systems.
• Ensure network availability for all users through monitoring and necessary maintenance.
• Conduct performance monitoring and testing for websites to ensure seamless operation.
• Assist in network planning, analysis, and coordination between hardware and software.
• Supervise computer user support and network support specialists.

Required Qualifications for the Sr System/Network Administrator i nclude :
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of six years of relevant technical experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
• Good judgment and interpersonal skills, capable of both independence and teamwork.
• Must possess a Top Secret security clearance, with the potential for Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Compensation for the Sr System/Network Administrator include :
• $100,000 - $120,000 Base Salary *depending on experience*
