Summary:

The main function of a data architect is to ensure that the data assets of an organization are supported by an architecture that supports the organization in achieving its strategic goal.
A typical data architect is responsible for setting enterprise standards for databases, data integration, and the means to get to the data.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with 5-7 years experience
• Primary Skills: Tableau, SQL
• The dashboards will be built on top of various databases like BigQuery/Hive server/Impala/Presto
• Experienced in all aspects of Data Warehousing architectures, methodologies, and information delivery services
• Experienced working with multi-dimensional data structures and OLAP technologies
• Data modeling experience
• Strong SQL skills
• Tableau Server Administration experience
• Proficient in gathering and analyzing business information needs/issues and designing online query and analytical (Business Intelligence) applications, which enable business clients to perform their job accountabilities confidently and in the most time-efficient manner
• Tableau Desktop Certified Professional is a plus

Responsibilities
• Key role in managing Care dashboards and reporting including design, data modeling, capabilities, automation, and templates
• The resource is expected to interact with business and Client team members (direct team members and Care stakeholders) to understand requirements and design/build dashboard mockups
• Upon approval of the mockup, the resource will create a dashboard and publish it to the server
• Optimize Tableau Dashboards and reports
• Create and follow best practices for Tableau dashboard development
• Responsible for assigning roles for access to dashboards, maintenance, and refresh scheduling for dashboards
• Assist in related initiatives as applicable such as data and dashboard platform migrations
• The resource is expected to manage Tableau access requests and license revisions
• Business continuity through platform/data availability is critical - this team member will understand when and how to raise issues to senior leadership for further guidance. Will work with issues owners to track high-level progress, drive accountability, and resolve issues across Care.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, Master's preferred-
