Job Description:

Responsible for the writing, structuring, and updating documentation for the ServiceNow ITAM project, including client standard policy documentation. Work closely with project team to plan, create, maintain user-focused technical documentation for multiple ServiceNow applications including APM, CMDB, HAM, SAM Preservice Mapping. Provide product, program, technical design documentation support related to the project specific ServiceNow products. Close engagement to client in development of standards/policy

Obtain process guides, diagrams& other documentation from project SMEs and convert to easy to read, usable articles use by all employees. Present information in clear, direct, to the point, organized in an easy-to-understand format. Serve as a custodian of the look/feel of training and knowledge articles. Output includes written or visual product, process, or technical documentation, online information. Bachelor's degree; or Associates degree plus additional two years' experience
