* Using Optimizing Human Performance Front End Analysis principles, examine current Engineering Change policies, directives and procedures followed by SFLC performers to determine improvements
* Updating Engineering Change Process Guide with sufficient detail for Configuration Data Managers (CDMS) and other relevant data entry personnel to perform all steps necessary to accurately and efficiently administer ECRs.
* Producing appropriate job aides identified through the analysis with varying levels of procedure guidance used to shape behavior (when used through training purposes) or direct behavior (when used to elicit exact performance without prior intervention). Job aids selected for the Engineering change process may be in the form of a desk guide, checklist, process flow or other effective alternative.
* Prototyping Microsoft Power Point® based Engineering Change Process training module with supporting documentation.
* Preparing of logistics training issues and point papers to respond to questions from Client and present briefings to various government entities.
* Identifying training, training aids, functions, and task to be performed to streamline the processes and improve logistics support and accountability.
* Formulating, developing, and implementing policies, methods and procedures by which SFLC/ELEX training requirements and related projects will be pursued.
* Attend meetings, provide briefings, and participate in working groups as required by the customer.

Required Skills & Experience
Must Haves:
* Minimum education is H.S. Diploma and minimum three (3) years of relevant experience in curriculum development/instruction.
* Six (6) years CG electronics or DOD electronics maintenance development experience preferred. US Citizenship is required.
* Ability to obtain Secret clearance.
* Ability to obtain US Government CAC / NACI.
* Excellent written and oral communication skill including ability to make significant presentations.
* Ability to pass a background investigation and drug screening.
