Title: Sr TrakSys MES Specialist

Location: Richmond VA(Hybrid is fine)

Duration: Full Time

Position Description:

The primary objective of this position is to provide Traksys Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) solutions to our customers. In this position engineers will design, configure, and implement computer applications to meet manufacturing operation's needs. MES systems are applied to automate manufacturing operations from raw material to finished product. The systems manage the tracking of materials, batching operations, manual procedures, equipment status, and quality reviews. They also bridge the data needs between plant floor systems and enterprise business systems for visualization, dashboards, and OEE metrics.
This role will work with internal teams and customers to deliver MES applications including design, software development, testing and startup plant assistance to the customer. In this role, the engineer will learn to become proficient with Traksys MES systems

Roles and Responsibilities:

• We will work closely with end client partner/s to run successful workshops for understanding the current landscapes and define future landscapes.
• Derive functional requirement/s and convert into solution roadmap/s.
• Proven experience with cross system integration LIMS/Trackwise/JDA BY/PCS
• Excellent communication and client management skills; Enjoys working in teams and collaborative environment.
• Technical design and development on Traksys for MES functionalities
• Prepare demos to show to clients as part of deliverables.
• Hands on technical experience in Traksys is a must have,.

Qualifications and key skills:

• Ability to work in Richmond
• Overall 15+ years experience in with min 10+ years MES experience (Techno-Functional MES solutioning experience, lead workshops, converting Business requirements to solution road maps, Ability to define, design & deploy MES templates)
• Min of 5+ years of recent Traksys experience
