Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers by phone and email
• Receive, investigate, and respond to all customer inquiries regarding shipments, products, and complaints
• Receiving of EDI orders through system
• Secure resources with carrier partners for trucking needs
• Brokering loads
• Confirming bookings with shipper, consignee, or both
• Pickup and delivery appointments
• Problem resolution
• Up-selling of other products

Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• 1-3 years of Logistics Experience Required
• Strong Excel skills needed
• Good judgement and communication skills
• Flexible for 2nd shift, swing shift, and possibility to work non-national holidays
