SRE Architect

Insight Global is looking for an SRE Architect to join a world-renowned data and cloud computing corporation. This person will be supporting the corporation in moving one of their products from one cloud platform to multiple platforms. This candidate will be responsible for scripting and troubleshooting SRE workstreams. We are looking for someone who has experience working with configuration management tools and has been supporting applications that run on Kubernetes. Day to day responsibilities include, supporting a backlog of Jira tickets, responding to requests for service via slack, incident response, join daily stand-up meetings to determine priority tasks, algin with release cycles, and provide support using the run book. This role will sit in Dallas and requires the SRE Architect to be onsite 3x/week. This is a great opportunity to join a large team at an enterprise level corporation.

- 10+ years of experience in SRE position
- Expert knowledge of SRE processes, automation, and release cycle process
- Knowledge across public cloud and experience supporting multiple cloud platforms
- On prem experience
- Terraform experience
- Python
- Kubernetes
- Experience with Github
- Strong knowledge of Telemetry concepts
