Location: Tampa, FL or Remote on USA

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of high-performance solutions using Dynatrace and Python.

• Oversee the performance validation processes to ensure optimal system functionality.

• Provide technical guidance and support to development teams to ensure best practices are followed.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement performance metrics.

• Conduct regular performance assessments and provide recommendations for improvements.

• Ensure that all solutions are scalable and meet the company's performance standards.

• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

• Implement automation scripts using Python to streamline performance validation tasks.

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company's performance validation framework.

• Provide training and mentorship to junior team members to build a strong technical team.
Qualifications

• Possess a strong background in Dynatrace and Python with proven experience in performance validation.

• Demonstrate expertise in designing and implementing high-performance solutions.

• Have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

• Show proficiency in developing automation scripts using Python.

• Exhibit strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Have experience in the Payer domain which is considered a plus.

• Display excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies.

• Demonstrate the ability to lead and mentor junior team members.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 10/12/2024

The annual salary for this position is between $81,337 to 141,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
