Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare construction draw requests, which requires project cost and line-item budget analysis, AIA document preparation, and preparing detailed reconciliations of contracted amounts with billed amounts.
• Manage sales tax reporting support and record management required for insurance, lien waivers, taxes, company fixed assets, and legal.
• Perform the accounting functions needed to present monthly financial information to the CFO and owners of the company.

Requirements:
• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
• Advanced Microsoft Excel experience (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS)
