Staff Product Counsel

As a member of the Product Counseling team, you'll partner with innovative product teams around the world to ensure we can achieve our business strategy and deliver amazing customer benefits while ensuring we stay compliant.

As a core legal partner for Intuit's Consumer Group, which includes our TurboTax and Credit Karma products, you'll advise and counsel on a wide variety of matters, including AI/ML, consumer protection, data privacy and data protection, mobile, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate is passionate and tech-savvy, with a solid understanding of product compliance as well as artificial intelligence and innovation generally.

Responsibilities

• As a core legal partner and product counsel to Intuit's Consumer Group, you'll be challenged to apply your legal expertise across a number of areas, partnering closely with product management, business strategy, engineering, content design, marketing, security, compliance and operations teams, and more.
• You'll lead day-to-day product and business counseling for TurboTax Live Assisted products, advising on a variety of cutting edge matters, including AI/ML, data privacy, advertising and marketing, and regulatory compliance.
