deploying high-impact, strategic programs. You will be part of a team that partners with executives and organizations across Intuit to develop strategies that drive revenue growth, customer retention, and cost efficiency, define business targets, design operating models, and oversee governance of top priorities.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multi-year, cross-functional projects across multiple areas in a fast-paced and dynamic environment on behalf of VP-level sponsors
  • Use problem-solving skills, business acumen, and strong project management abilities to develop and execute project plans, including defining scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
  • Collaborate with stakeholder teams to breakdown and organize the program into manageable pieces and objectives that can be delegated or individually owned.
  • Lead cross-functional dependency management for the end-to-end program, across all workstreams.
  • Help develop and implement processes and procedures that enhance organizational effectiveness and improve collaboration across functions.
  • Manage program stakeholders, including third-party input providers, internal team members, and senior management.
  • Track program progress and report on status to wide-ranging audiences, using data
  • Prioritize initiatives within the program and surface risks and trade-offs as well as make recommendations to the stakeholders to accelerate program performance
  • Ensure deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
  • Adhere to all project and program management methodologies and best practices.
