We are seeking a Staff Software Engineer to help us support our Partnerships Platform team. You will work to develop the infrastructure allowing us to develop integrations with key partners that allow our customers to bring in complex third-party datasets from across their marketing ecosystem. You'll collaborate closely with engineers across the company to ensure our products are performant and reliable. You should be comfortable with distributed teams (as you'll work with many folks in other locations), and also excited about building a strong, inclusive environment for everyone who joins after you.

Responsibilities

• Establish and evolve best practices using latest industry standards and existing Intuit technologies for one or more engineering teams.
• Model extreme ownership, seeking opportunities to contribute in high-impact initiatives and keeping low tech debt.
• Hold a high bar for quality designs through periodic reviews of services and modules, operational plans, and data models.
• Demonstrate strong operational excellence experience. Use your understanding of deployment architecture and designs for low MTTD/MTTR, HADR, and fast recovery/self healing. Actively drive performance, load, failure mode testing, and resolutions.
