Description:

Candidates with 1.5+ years of experience required

Operations: 

Cleans, decontaminates, inspects, assembles, packages, and sterilizes surgical instrumentation, linens and identifies those in need of repairs. 

Follows established priority list, edited O.R. schedule, and telephone requests for required instruments. 

Navigates automated instrument tracking system software. 

Produces a minimum of 15 instrumentation sets per day 

Demonstrates basic knowledge of the T-doc system 

Clearly documents as applicable, all processed material does not track via electronic system.

Certification: Certified Registered Central Service Technician , The Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution
