Steward / Dishwasher ($18/hour)

Summary:
Come join our team of elite hospitality professionals at the newly built, state of the art, KPMG Lakehouse in Lake Nona. KPMG Lakehouse boasts 800 sleeping rooms, over 100,000 sq/ft of multi-purpose meeting space, along with 4 unique food and beverage venues including a 500+ seat, three meal venue that features 8 diverse culinary experiences.

TheSteward/Dishwasherisresponsible for assisting the kitchen, dining outlets, and banquet staff in maintaining the cleanliness of all facility china, glass, silverware, cookware and culinary areas. This position will work closely with thekitchen and banquet staff to ensure food is prepared and transported for participant events in an efficient manner.

Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate for this position will have a general knowledge of food and beverage service and standards
• A true desire to deliver exceptional service in maintaining the cleanliness of facility china, silverware, cookware and culinary areas
• Ability to professionally communicate with facility participants and colleagues
• Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate amount of weight for the duration of shift (Up to 50 lbs)
• Ability to walk and stand throughout duration of shift
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
