Storage Engineer IV

Our client in the technology industry is seeking a Storage Engineer to join their team. As a Storage Engineer, you will be part of the Private Cloud Group supporting data center migration work. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge in VMWare, Dell, Pure storage platforms, and experience with code upgrades on arrays. Rubrik experience, configuration, and support is a very nice-to-have skill that will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Storage Engineer IV

Location: Greenwood Village, CO

Pay Range: $70-75 per hour

What's the Job?

• Deliver administration, maintenance, and ongoing support of the shared cloud environment
• Build, configure, tune and implement automation for cloud lifecycle and operational improvement
• Support of the web interface used by customers to access their cloud environment
• Responsible for evaluation, development, implementation, optimization, performance and configuration of customer cloud environments
• Escalate issues and defects as necessary

What's Needed?

• Strong understanding of all virtualization types - OS and database administration
• Solid networking experience and troubleshooting - UNIX systems and automation
• Expertise in the design and operation of medium to large scale enterprise or cloud infrastructure, databases and application systems
• Expertise in data infrastructure
• Passion for cloud software, tooling and automation; comfort with command line tools and scripting
