POSITION SUMMARY:
Coordinates the design process to create high quality store designs and construction documents that enhances Customer Experience while meeting cost, schedule, and operational requirements.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Oversee and design all doors (FSS, DS & Perfumery), in due respect with budgets and timelines, and during all the projects steps, from the preliminary draft to the final delivery
• Participate in Design Guidelines production and permanent evolution (catalog of technical drawings including cultural and commercial nuances of all key regions)
• Work closely with various markets to define cost structures, design specificities and tiering systems
• Execute and evolve new store design concepts working closely with VM
• Strategic integration of new merchandising concepts
• Creation of Evolving Store Design Concept: New Architectural concept, pilot projects, fixture development, prototyping, R&D, Identifying shopping trends & habits
• Construction Supervision: execution drawings reviews, factory inspections, millworker's training
• Management Coordination between: Architectural & Engineering consultants or freelancers - Project Managers, Retailers , All suppliers, International affiliates, Brand Managers/General Managers, Internal departments brand

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor of Architecture or equivalent
• 3+ of direct or related experience for a Luxury Brand (from Perfume and Cosmetics area)
• Creative skills (proactive in bringing design proposals)
• Technical knowledge of engineering details from retail industry (lighting, materials etc)
• Working knowledge of computer programs (or similar) - Autocad, Sketchup or Rhino, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign
• Ability to work closely with a variety of people in various disciplines Visual Merchandising team, International affiliates, Architects, Millworkers etc)
• Organizational skills / Ability to work independently
• Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment and work on different projects simultaneously

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $45 to $50 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
