Summary
The Store Director leads the overall store operations of each location that is consistent with our Mission, Vision, and Values. This position is responsible for overall profitability, sales, appearance, customer service, and enforcement of all company standards. The store director is accountable for the facility, team, and safety of all customers and team members. 
Responsibilities 
 Must develop a strong team that creates a culture of appreciation, empowerment, and trust. 
 Ensure all team member training is completed on a timely basis. 
 Must develop and execute standards across the entire operation: Merchandising plan-o-grams, job-specific duties, food safety, work safety, cleanliness, health code, uniform, customer service, etc... Ensure that all standards are being met daily per the company guidelines 
 Is required to grow sales and meet budget through creative merchandising, promotional excitement, fun events, superior quality, and superior customer service. 
 Manage all buying activities to ensure we are in stock for normal inventory turns, ads, leveraging deals, but also managing cash flow and inventory properly. 
 Hold high personal and team appearance to a high standard; our goal is to operate in the cleanest and best conditions in the markets we serve. 
 Customer service - Must be present on the floor during busy periods to ensure the team is excelling at their jobs and that all standards are being met. Set an exemplary customer service example and build relationships with customers. Lead by example and create a shopping experience that is known for genuine customer 
service. 
 Ensure that only superior quality is on our shelves and in our cases. The products must be and look and be fresh, bright, full, clean, and taste even better. 
 Ensure that all our production processes yield only the best quality for our customers. Ensure that quality is consistently met daily in every department. 
 Handles all general issues with the store, customers, or team members as they arise professionally. 
 Schedule labor hours and staffing based on business demands and budget.

 Strong organizational skills 
 Good communication and interpersonal skills 
 Proven ability to follow up on tasks 
 Ability to take off-hour calls and report to work as necessary outside normal scheduled working hours if required. 
 Must be able to work a variety of shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays. 
 Knowledge of Microsoft Office software products
