Responsibilities are below but not limited to:

  • Provide support to the Sponsor's Strategic Planning efforts which, for the purpose of this Task Order, is the process for defining an organization's strategy and making resource-allocation decisions to pursue said strategy.
  • Support the evolution of the Sponsor's strategic direction and strategy-related changes by providing analysis of the Sponsor's planning to identify gaps and redundancies, assisting with prioritization and strategy development, working with Sponsor components to define how to measure progress and outcomes, monitoring strategies, creating implementation plans and timelines and identifying corporate and office-specific resource requirements.
  • Support the incorporation of the Sponsor's strategy throughout the organization ensuring consistent execution and reporting.
  • Assist in preparing agendas, talking points, and highlights; preparing findings and recommendation reports; and assessing whether strategies consistently align with IC, Agency, and DIO priorities.
  • Assist in monitoring and maintaining the Sponsor's strategy using best practices and benchmarking to ensure alignment with Agency and Sponsor mission, policies, directives, business goals, and performance targets.
    • The contractor shall conduct research to ensure strategy and implementation are using industry standards and gather and interpret workforce data.


Required Skills

  • Active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph.
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
  • Knowledge of strategic planning and program management processes.
  • Ability to analyze, synthesize, and communicate information, including complex data, clearly and in a compelling way.
  • Ability to provide objectivity and professionalism, and respond to sensitive situations with tact and discretion.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
  • Strong oral and written communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop a variety of written and presentation based work products and deliverables.
  • Excellent attention to detail and customer relationship management skills.
