Description and Requirements

We are looking for to hire a L eader in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A). This person will be part of Lenovo's Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) Finance team to partner with ISG's President and Senior Leadership team on strategic planning, strategic cost trends, and driving benchmarking for ISG's strategic plan. This role will report directly to ISG CFO.

What You'll Do

• Strategic Planning and Competitive Benchmarking
• Working with the ISG SLT to build strategic insights and financial models
• Preparation quarterly strategic plan
• Drive monthly strategic reviews
• Improve business and strategic outlook through review of key business results and drivers. Provide recommendations & drive actions with respective strategic stakeholders.
• Support world-wide finance and One Lenovo corporate and strategic projects as relevant
• Collaborate with the respective functional teams (Accounting, Legal, Tax, Pricing, Business Control, Geo & Region Finance) to develop strategic insight and business acumen.

Basic Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field recommended
• 10+ years' experience in financial forecasting and budgeting to support strategic decision-making across the organization.

Preferred Requirements:

• A master's degree or professional certification (e.g. MBA) is preferred.
• Previous experience in the Infrastructure industry working for an OEM or ODM
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Effective interpersonal communication skills to interact with stakeholders and present financial information
• Understanding of relevant financial regulations, compliance requirements, and industry standards.
