Molex is looking for a Strategic Marketing Manager to oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing and demand generation programs. This exciting role partners with divisional marketing leadership to implement a comprehensive divisional marketing strategy that supports divisional and business unit goals.

What You Will Do
  • Collaborate with marketing, business unit, and sales teams to develop and execute integrated marketing programs that align tactics to strategic marketing priorities, identify impactful business goals, and support a marketing strategy that delivers a tangible return on investment.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive integrated marketing and product launch plans to introduce new products and solutions to the marketplace.
  • Customer Obsessed-be the expert on buying groups, who they are (personas), how they buy and their key buying criteria.
  • Understand the competitive landscape for electronics components-become an expert on our competition and how they are positioned.
  • Manage and execute a comprehensive marketing content strategy that supports business goals, including collaborating with marketing, business unit, and product teams to develop and execute integrated marketing programs that align tactics to strategic marketing priorities.
  • Identify impactful business goals and support a marketing strategy that delivers a tangible return on investment and create and manage a content strategy and calendar that drives value for the business.
  • Deeply understand target audience customers and craft targeted Industry-, application-, and device-level messaging and positioning that sets the tone for high quality content development.
  • Create and manage a content strategy and calendar that drives value for the business.
  • Consult with Corporate Marketing, Divisional Marketing Leadership and Marketing Program Management to advocate a broad understanding of how divisional products, solutions, and technologies solve key challenges for industry personas.
  • Develop creative briefs and document requirements to help project team members understand the goals and success parameters for key deliverables.
  • Collaborate with creative services, writers, designers, and technical team members to deliver content and other strategic deliverables.
  • Monitor the progress of programs to ensure that key milestones are reached according to the project timeline.
  • Measure and report the success of market tactics and campaign KPIs along with their longer-term business impacts to continually improve our return on investment.
  • Ability to work across multiple time zones to support teams in Asia, Europe and the US.

Who You Are
  • 5 years of experience developing, leading or coordinating marketing campaigns, demand generation programs, or similar marketing programs.
  • Experience in either the B2B Consumer or Data Center market working with product managers, design engineers or similar.
  • Proficient in productivity applications such as Microsoft Office, Teams, Project or Wrike.

What Puts You Ahead
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in marketing, communications, public relations, project management, business, or similar.
  • Experience in the electronics, connector or electronics component distribution industries.
  • Effective people and communication skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties. Team player!
  • ROI-tracking skills, able to prove what is -or isn't-working.
  • Advanced grasp of electronics design engineering or a related field.
  • Clear understanding of ways to develop integrated marketing campaigns leveraging digital marketing tools and techniques including content marketing, display ads, webinars, videos, social media, email, website, and search engine optimization.
  • Empathy for others' perspectives and circumstances.
  • Experience managing enterprise B2B marketing programs and campaigns.
  • Highly organized project management skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to perform under pressure from tight timelines and competing priorities.
