The role you'll contribute:

The Strategic Planning Specialist is an integral member of the Network Development Strategic Planning Team,
supporting Directors and the Executive Director in developing, implementing and monitoring of strategic business plans,
and on-going development of the Institutes and Service Lines. The Strategic Planning Specialist provides support in data
analytics, presentation of market intelligence, research of market and industry best practices, and preparing materials for
strategy development meetings and final deliverables

The value you'll bring to the team:

• Run data query reports from Qlikview and other internal databases to support analysis for strategy planning and performance monitoring.

• Analyze and summarize data using formulas, formatting tables (market share, volume and variances) and creating charts for strategic planning projects - presentations and reporting. • Work collaboratively with the Corporate Planning and Research department for data requests that extend beyond the capabilities of local data tools.

• Maintain internal databases and periodically update tables as necessary.

• Prepares materials, presentations and documents from templates to support meetings preparation and distribution - market assessments, strategic planning meetings and ad hoc projects. • Assist planning directors in conducting and assimilating market research information for service line and industry best practices.

• Assist planning directors with managing projects by tracking and reporting action items.

• Coordinate scheduling and assist in facilitating of planning meetings with key stakeholders.

• Assimilate and summarize qualitative data from key stakeholder meetings, research interviews and physician surveys. Document and communicate action items for follow-up.

• Assist directors in developing content for business plans.

• Assist in collecting financial data, and work with finance in developing pro forma and capital inventories.

• Maintaining dashboards for tracking implementation of strategic plans and business plans.

• Assimilates data and qualitative information including competitor profiles, consumer market intelligence, patient satisfaction and community affiliations.

• Supports other strategic planning activities outside of the annual cycle as needed/assigned.

• Organizes deliverables for strategic/business plans into communication-ready formats.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE STRONGLY PREFERRED:

• Organizational, logical and creative thinking, and problem-solving skills

• Strong research skills, detail-oriented, analytical

• Advanced level computer knowledge, including proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other databases

• Ability to adapt quickly to new processes and procedures

• Excellent English written and verbal skills, ability to articulate complex information into terms understandable to all levels of leadership, physician and staff

• Extraordinary ability to manage a large number of projects concurrently

• Ability to manage and work with a diverse group of individuals

• Self-motivated and able to work and think independently with strong attention to detail and requiring minimal supervision

Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, or related field

• Two years of experience in healthcare or project support with emphasis on data analytics
