Team Introduction
E-commerce's Governance and Experience is a global team responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for not only users, but also sellers and creators. We value user satisfaction and work on policies, rules, and systems to ensure quality. As a Strategy Analyst you will be an integral part of the Community Affairs team at TikTok Shop focused on upholding the Governance and Experience strategy through support, education, and ensuring a positive end-to-end brand experience. You will be responsible for reporting on experience concerns and mitigating risk through data to bring users to the forefront of the conversation among all stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Describe the situation of businesses, explain the fluctuations of business and provide valuable suggestions with reports
- Design the monitoring systems independently to reflect any changes of business in time
- Cooperate with Ops team to set strategy, e.g. finding potential creators, measuring LTV of users, figuring out the growth strategy of merchants, etc.
- Follow up the data analysis of operation teams in several overseas markets, support the operation effect and give the follow-up optimization suggestions
- Cooperate with global teams, promote the implementation of optimization schemes, and bring about the actual improvement and growth of business

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Proficient in SQL and tableau and familiar with Python or R for data analysis
- Previous experience in data analysis, and have a good business sense in e-commerce
- Able to complete large reports and communicate with global staff independently
- Have a strong learning ability and curiosity; familiar with starting a new business; able to lead a small project team to support business

Preferred Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret business trends and provide actionable insights.
- Experience in creating comprehensive business reports for executive-level stakeholders using business intelligence tools.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing real-time business monitoring systems, including developing automated systems for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Technical skills in programming languages and tools used for monitoring systems (e.g., Python, SQL), and knowledge of data visualization techniques.
- Knowledge of LTV analysis, growth strategy development, and familiarity with creator and merchant ecosystems on digital platforms.
- Strong project management and leadership skills to drive strategy execution and foster collaboration among cross-functional teams.
- Experience in global market analysis, providing clear, actionable feedback, and implementing optimization schemes that lead to measurable business growth.
